Learning in High School
The IB Diploma Programme is a rigorous, academically challenging and balanced program of education designed to prepare grade 11 and 12 students for success in college and in life. The DP aims to encourage students to be knowledgeable, inquiring, caring, and compassionate, and to develop intercultural understanding, open-mindedness, and the attitudes necessary to respect and evaluate a range of viewpoints. (IB assessment brief, 2020).
The aim of the IB is to develop internationally minded people who, recognizing their common humanity and shared guardianship of the planet, help to create a better and more peaceful world. We believe the attributes of the IB learner profile and our Einstein values can help individuals and groups become responsible members of local, national and global communities.
